The Zen Convectum Vaporizer is easy to use, here is how: 

1. How to Operate Your Zen Convectum:  Start by plugging in the USB-C and charge the device fully.

To pack the Zen Convectum's herb chamber you start by removing the mouthpiece. Then, use the supplied multi-tool to carefully pack the chamber. Then push the mouthpiece back on.  

To turn on the vaporizer click the top button 3 times. You then get to choose between normal mode or time mode. Use the up and down buttons to navigate and the top button to select. 

2. How to Get the Best Vapour Quality.  To get the most out of it, it's recommended that you grind your dry herb as finely as you can to expose more surface area for the heating element. Then we recommend using time-mode 4-6 minutes or simply Normal mode and vape around 120-150°C to get the best tasting vapor results. 

3. How to Clean It. Cleaning the Zen Convectum is very straightforward. First, remove the mouthpiece to expose the chamber. Then use the cleaning supplies included to gently break up any grime and wipe it away. Do the same for the mouthpiece, replace it, and set it to go through a full heating cycle to evaporate away any remaining residue.
