Shipping & Delivery Information
Our warehouse is located in Northern Ireland. Orders shipped within the EU do not incur additional customs duties or import charges.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance and seasonal volume.
Free Shipping in Europe (2–5 Business Days)
- Free UPS shipping on all Irish orders over €100. (Excluding Channel Islands and Gibraltar – local customs charges may apply.)
- No additional customs duties or import fees within the EU.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
All European orders are shipped exclusively with UPS Standard. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Dispatch Times (UK Time)
- Orders placed before 11:00 am (UK time) Monday to Thursday – Same day dispatch
- Orders placed before 10:00 am (UK time) Friday – Same day dispatch
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends or public holidays – Dispatched next business day
- Orders placed during Northern Irish public holidays are processed on the next business day
- Packages do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing time is the time required for our warehouse team to prepare and dispatch your order (usually 24–48 hours).
Delivery time is the time UPS takes to deliver your parcel after dispatch (typically 2–5 business days).

International Shipping (Outside EU)
- Shipping costs vary depending on destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery may take up to 3 weeks after dispatch.
- Custom duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable if parcels are refused or returned due to customs.
Track Your Order (UPS)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.
Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no product branding or description of contents. The sender name does not reference Herbalize Store.
